Our Story

APA Advisory Services, LLC is a boutique consulting firm founded on a shared vision between a married couple—one with a background in public health and the other in electrical engineering. What began as a conversation between two different professional worlds has grown into a practice that bridges engineering and public health in a practical and meaningful way.

Today, our work spans two distinct areas. In the energy and utility space, our goal is to provide quality-assured engineering services to electrical cooperatives, municipalities, investor-owned utilities, and private entities. In parallel, we support organizations in the public health and NGO sector with advisory services focused on improving programs, strengthening systems, and delivering better outcomes for the communities they serve.

While the subject matter differs, our approach is the same across both areas: we focus on clear thinking, practical solutions, and high-quality work that clients can rely on.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, APA Advisory Services serves clients globally with a commitment to responsiveness, integrity, and long-term partnerships.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide practical, high-quality advisory services that help organizations strengthen systems, solve complex challenges, and deliver meaningful results across the energy, utility, and public health sectors.
